The Role

Requirements


- Arabic to mother tongue standard (a perfect understanding of local Arabic dialect is essential), as well as fluency in English - reading , written and spoken
- Several years’ experience translating as a written English to Arabic, Arabic to English translator
- Excellent listening skills, a willingness to take direction and a passion to learn
- Experience working in or knowledge of the construction or similar engineering-based industry
- Literary or journalistic writing skills: capable of writing excellent copy that can hold a reader’s attention
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise a changing to-do list
- Past experience in copywriting and/or journalism highly desirable

The Role

Major Responsibilities:
- Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand
- Activates Brand Essence
- Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
- Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
- Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand.
- Contributes to the development of Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Marketing,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing (FMCG)

Senior Marketing Manager - IMEA

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES
- Research and identify appropriate markets for Crown Worldwide Group that will assist the growth of the company.
- Create and implement a marketing strategy for the region to enable successful penetration of appropriate markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Planning
- Planning and execution of the annual business plan for each region.

Public Relations

Website acquisition and content management
- Responsible for lead generation via organic and PPC listings for B2C website
- Management of any external agency relationships to help increase traffic and improve usability
- Responsible for all content on B2C website plus country-specific content across all business units for websites

Marketing Services
- Responsible for the production and distribution of a range of country-specific marketing communication elements including e-newsletters, direct marketing, collateral and brochures 

Event Management
- Organisation, execution and ROI measurement of client network events and forums
- Organisation, execution and ROI measurement of external B2C and B2B exhibitions 

Internal Communications
- Manage the content, production and distribution of internal communications throughout the region

Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrate effective communication with business unit heads, Regional Managing Directors and Group marketing. 

Resource Management
- Responsible for the regional marketing budget across all business units
- Line manager to any country Marketing Coordinator’s
- Management of any external agency relationships including PR, brand, website development and PPC

Corporate Social Responsibility
- Support and actively participate in the company Corporate Social responsibility projects related to community service and carbon footprint emissions reduction.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the implementation and reporting of digital marketing and communications projects, including, but not limited to, email marketing, social media, content curation, web content upload, and design.
- Experience with managing branded social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. In-depth knowledge of social media metrics tools is a plus. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords are all major pluses.

Manager Load Control - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha

Primarily working at Hamad International Airport you will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of services of Load Control. To effectively represent Operations Control Management round the clock, being the focal point for all Load Control activities & relevant queries from Customer Airlines whist consistently maintaining high standard of service in line with respective Customer Airline Expectations and Ground Handling Service Level Agreements.

You will provide significant contribution to the identification and development of strategic plans to improve Load Control functions and by taking remedial action to rectify deficiencies within set safety standards. As a member of the management team you are expected to oversee and supervise employees to ensure your operation maintains the highest levels of operational efficiency and can respond effectively to situations in a real-time environment. This will include Planning, Recruitment, Training, Develop & Discipline, Health & Safety, Compliance, Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.


Requirements

You should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in an Airline / Airport / large Ground Handling Company, preferably in a managerial role. You should be educated to Bachelor’s Degree level and hold professional experience within safety and Security practices as stipulated by (ICAO/IATA) and have extensive overall knowledge of all areas of Airline / Airport Operations. Proficiency in Load Control and Aircraft Co-ordination procedures for different types of passenger / freight aircraft will be an added advantage.

Only candidates with excellent communication and analytical skill along with exposure of working with a large multi-cultural workforce will be considered. You must also have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and to deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
