This role will be part of Business Analysis Team for Global recruitment.The Analyst will receive Reporting / Analysis requests from the client he / she supports and will need to understand , create , and present the analysis with the use of Analytical tools with observations , trends and recommendations basis those requests. He / She will need to liaise with the clients to facilitate and assist with process improvements and improved recruitment delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
Analyze , interpret and report financial and operational performance trends , identifying areas performing outside of expected results .
Find ways to accurately measure the capabilities , effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
Analyze business needs based on measurements and recommend appropriate courses of action to key stakeholders .
Use reliable data and documented trends to predict the impact of changing business conditions and leadership decisions on the recruitment strategy of the company .
Apply measurements to gauge the effectiveness of Recruitment programs and policies.
Engage stakeholders to identify reporting requirements .
Ensure the timely and accurate generation of all recruitment reporting requirements.
Drive consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports through the management of reporting tools.
Active participation in the development of reporting enhancements , including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports .
Execute reporting requirements in a timely manner to include the support of ad hoc reporting requests.
Essential Skills
Good excel and MS Office skills .
Basic / Advanced Statistical Analysis .
Knowledge of statistical tools such as SPSS .
Good Analytical ability .
Good Communication skills with high proficiency in English .
Preferred Skills
Macros and coding on Visual Basic .
knowledge and awareness .
Total Years of Experience - 5-8 years
