*Additional Qualification •Must be technically competent, with excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, communication, IT and managerial skills. Facility Maintenance Co-coordinator is responsible for planning, designing and managing facilities and for coordinating the physical workplace with the work of an organization and its employees
Description :
- Planning and overseeing building work/renovation
- Project planning and management
- Coordinating building maintenance and operational activities
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers.
- Facility maintenance supervisors are responsible for inspecting buildings to identify maintenance issues, such as clogged drains, leaky ceilings and faulty electrical switches
- Motivate employees, resolve disputes and conduct performance evaluation
- Vehicle maintenance.
