Aftersales Business Development Section Manager - Automotive



The Role


Manpower is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for one of our key clients, a major player in the automotive field.

This role is for an Aftersales Business Development Section Manager.

JOB PURPOSE: To support the accessory side of the business and to enhance brand image and awareness by ensuring customers are aware of all company offerings.

Key Financial responsibility: Parts- accessories sales revenue and gross profit

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Reviewing maintenance price structure and advising on corrections
 

Business Development:
- Pan-regional warranty and service packs
- Regional merchandising line-up
- Expansion of accessory line-up
- Genuine motor oil, batteries
- Regional courtesy car policy development
- Navigation system map updates
- Aftersales tablet usage


Product Management:
- Accessory line-up revision/ maintenance in line with model year changes,
- Adoption of new accessories from other regions, accessory pack- demo pack development and promotion

Pricing:
- Conduct regional annual price surveys

Aftersales marketing:
- Map competitors marketing activities and make sure that they follow brand guidelines.
- Develop regional marketing activities.

Requirements

 

- 3 years UAE experience in a similar position
- Min 5years automotive experience especially in areas parts -accessories product management
- MS Office
- Bachelor's in BA or engineering
- Parts operation knowledge
- Aftersales operational & product knowledge
- Import/export regulations
