Nike Sales partners with retailers — from a football specialty store in Rome to a Macy’s department store in New York — to deliver the products, experiences and brand stories that make Nike the preeminent sports brand. Works independently. Provides people leadership. Participates in activities such as work planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting,
coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring. Trains or mentors staff.
Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy.
Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall
customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution. Lead NIKE teams and customers to achieve mutually agreed
operations plans. Manages projects, moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
Act as the voice of the customer to influence NIKE capability development and service offerings.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers.
Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a NIKE and customer point of view.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience.Fluent English
