Job Description
- Driver has to pay INR 3000 security deposit (refundable after 90 days)
- Driver must have a LMV-TR license.
- Driver will be given sedan cars like Volkswagen Jetta, Honda City, Toyota Corolla, Mahindra XUV
- Fuel, Insurance and Maintenance of the car to be taken care by OLA
- Driver's Accidental Insurance of INR 2 lakhs to be provided by OLA
- Driver has to make corporate trips on behalf of OLA. Pick and drop corporate staff.
- 12 hours a day 26 days a month (6 days a week with rotational off).
- Fixed salary 16,000 with incentives from INR 5000 to INR 15000 per month.
- INR 5000 will be deducted from the drivers first salary. This amount is refundable on a 7 day notice whenever the driver decides to quit his job
