•      Expertise. Ability to understand and interpret partner sales data, and develop indicators of success to help field sales and overall partner management. Experience working with Public Sector institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
The Public Sector Channel Lead, CA SMS&P will require a minimum of 5 years with a proven track record of strong Channel Development and Management experience, building channel strategy, transforming a channel, delivering solid business performance with consistent quota accountability, sales discipline and partner satisfaction. Experience taking on bold ambitions and driving positive outcomes. The ability to quickly gain trust across a diverse set of leaders internally and externally. Indirect impact and influence is a must and ability to communicate to the most senior executives in our organization as well as our channel WW. K. Education, preferred but not required MBA or equivalent. 


PREFERRED SKILLS
Great communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to think strategically while challenging the status quo of systems and processes. Experience handling complex partner sales scenarios, ecosystem.
