Executive - Sales Operations

Sales coordinators to be a bridge between Sales Team & Traffic Operations; handle multiple responsibilities and help the Sales team in achieving sales targets and assist Traffic team to deliver results without deviation from deadlines. Display originality and skill in creating/recognizing superior work. Overall resultant in revenue maximization for the organisation

Responsibilities

  • Primarily assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation. Needs to have continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure that sales inventory is utilized at 100% fill levels.
  • Preparing Quarterly/Monthly/Daily Sales reports which are helpful to Management for forecast.
  • Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
  • Must be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve

Basic Qualifications

  • Years of Experience : 2 years and above
  • Educational and Professional Qualifications : Graduate
  • Type of Industry Experience : TV/Media Industry, Radio, Print

Additional Information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability and interest to learn new Software.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Effective communicator.
