Job Title - Sales Manager

• Division - Audi India
• Department - Sales
• Reporting to - Head of Sales/ Head of field
• Location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Defines sales target at dealer’s level
  • Sets up the dealers’ sales business plan
  • Adapts NSC strategy to the dealer level
  • Commits a yearly target with each dealer and implements actions to reach it


Dealer Management:
  • Elaborates a sales diagnostic for each dealer
  • Participates in the Ideal Network Planning
  • Analyses the dealers’ market potential
  • Sets up a business plan per dealer including sales, marketing, media, local press and public relation activities
  • Commits Sales target to dealers, including model mix and fleet targets, based on national target
  • Uses the tactical actions
  • Develops local events or partnerships at dealer level
  • Advises the dealers regarding organization, sales processes, stock management, standards
  • Defines the local communication and media plan with the dealers
  • Ensures that each dealer has the right volume of new cars’ stock and demonstrator cars
  • Organizes twice a year a dealer meeting in his area
  • Ensures that each dealer is participating in the necessary trainings
  • Advises on ideal organization at dealers
  • Ensures all Audi standards are fulfilled by the dealers

Pre-requisites


  • Business School, University Degree
  • 10-12 years of strong experience in the automotive industry (sales, marketing)
  • Ability to advise the Dealer Network
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Hindi appreciated
